Help with the advanced editor

I can't seem to change the starting money in the game. I have tried it so many times now that I am going crazy. I used the editing method that was in the read me file. Has anyone managed to edit the starting money. If so, can you give me a step by step guide to it. I want to give many of the teams more money so that I can start with smaler teams and grow to a big pro tour team. But without the money I can't grow from Joker Bianchi to CSC.

You can't edit the starting money, it's impossible. Finanaces are randomised at the start of a career.

You can only edit finanaces in a savegame, and even that is hard work.
