Can´t play the game anymore

For a couple of weeks I was able to play PCM08 just fine, but lately a series of issues have occured.
First the graphics became "choppy" even thogh I didn´t change anything. This didn´t happen every time I tried to play the game - usually I just had to restart the game 4-5 times to get it running properly.
Secondly I started getting the "blue screen of death" (never happened before installing PCM08). This has happened 5 timed the past few days (once during a stage, once while exiting the game and three times while shutting down the computer).
The most recent, and most serious issue is that the game won´t run anymore. When I click "play" at the startup screen, the screen disappears, but the game doesn´t start. Windows´ task manager doesn´t show any applications running, but PCM.EXE shows up on the list of processes currently running. When shutting down my computer I also get a message stating that NetWindow isn´t responding.
I´ve posted on Cyanides forum and sent a mail to PCM support, but haven´t recieved any help so far :cry:

Sounds weird, but anyway, what are the specs of your computer?
RAM, processor, graphics card etc.

Yeah, my only hope was that your specifications were rubbish, but they're not.

Thanks anyway.
Well I tried resetting the game (remembering to make a backup of my career) and that solved the latest problem, so now I can play the game again 
... but of course I got the blue screen of death just after finishing the first race of the day 
oh well at least I´m getting pretty good at restarting the game...

Thought I replied to this yesterday, but my reply seems to have disappeared.
I didn´t get a chance to read the BSOD last time, but I´ll post the message if I manage to read it next time.
