How to use the energy of your riders during a team tt ?
Do the good tt riders have to be more on the lead or not and how should I split the dot ?

What I do:

TTT's around 30 km's can be done with 5 riders leading the train. If you take the best, they can run 99 dot from start to finish, so the dot amount obviously scales, but at a low rate. As for how long

The best TT riders should be given 20-25 seconds leading the train. But if you don't have one of those : Your best gets 18-20 secs, 2nd and 3rd best around 15 and 4th, 5th gets 10-12 secs (the longer the TT gets past 25-30 km's, this scales down unless you have more strong TT riders to pull or the TTT is very short). Those with no TT stats should not be pulling, but if you have captain that you want to protect he can pull for 2 sec to be safe.

Dot only should be lower than 99 with CT and some PCT teams and if the TT is longer than 30 km. If a TT rider has fx good hill, make sure he pulls when the hills come.

However every TT is different, but this info should give you an idea
