I have this problem, that when i use a custom team, then every time i try to sign top riders then they reject me because my teams not atractive enough, even though im leading the UCI standings and have win tour de France and many more races.

So what should i do

This is already being discussed on the site, and Focus are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it in their beta patch.
