Pro Cyclist Status not going up

Amateur Posts: 6 Joined: 06-07-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, I'm in a pro cyclist career game and I just won my first stage in the Cycliste de Sarthe (time trial), after simming already a few days further after the tour ended, my cyclist status still didn't change to II. Is this normal? I thought after your first win you go up from I to II and you can enter more (and slightly bigger) races? Is there any way I can up my status to II with an editor?
