I really liked that i could see the % of how close my rider was to next level in attributes (Mountain, Hills, TT etc.) in the previous pcm's. Has this feature been removed or am i just plain stupid not to see the obvious?
At the moment i am in a career in June. I have a talent of 19, 8 in potential, training for climber, international trainer and at the beginning of the season he had 75 for climbing and now in June it is still the same. Only cobble and acceleration went one up.... Is this normal???
Also i am in June and all the riders who didn't have the tour de france 1 training schedule are totally fatigue. EVen if some riders with a tour de france schedule raced more races....

and the fatigue system sucks indeed... I suppose you make your own scheduals. Just cpoy one from cycnide but make every bar one level lower. you'll never reach 80 fitness, but you wont get too tired at least.

Thnx i will try that training schedule in the next season...Hope it will work.
For the talent thing...i always love to make 3/4 talents and put them at Skil Shimano or an other small team. Give them stats like kreuziger or rojas....so a little more than average and hope they will become big stars in 2/3 seasons....only this won't work than if they may develop in 5/6 years. Than is there no fun anymore in doing my career fun
