Riders form

I just bought PCM 2018, after many years of break from PCM.

Is there an easy guide to how to plan the riders form to peak at a certain time, example at the Giro?

You can go the the planning tab. Set up his training in such a way that you have around 97%-100%. Which is possible. However make sure you plan a 0 effort trainingsweek to prevent exaustion.

I kinda like to do it, but I like planning Wink. You just have to click a bit here and there and figure out what is possible. It seems that planning a 0 effort training when your almost in top form works if you do a 100% training after that week.

how do you do this ?
I have only filled in the pre season and I cannot change the training effort aftwards...
