How do you make a jersey in PCM 16?

I tried this: https://youtu.be/... but all I get is the standard Cyanide shirt when I play with my custom shirt and team.
Does anyone know how to make and implement a custom shirt in PCM 16?

It's the same as for PCM17. Check out the PCM17 Graphics section for some easy-to-use templates. You can find instructions on various aspects of creating jerseys in the Tips and tricks section
