Can't load specific stages

So ive never had this problem before but when I load stage 3 of a La Vuelta (fantasy variant (Loabsta) PCMWorld db steam) in my career it stuck loading sprints (it says 100% but keeps loading). Anyway I simulated it and stage 4 worked fine. Then when I load stage 5 it does the same again. I noticed after stage 4 it skips the news paper section.. hmmm. So I decided to try loading the stage variant as a one day race (not career) - and that doesnt work either.

Every other stage- every other race works for me. Not a problem.

My graphics are very low.

Have any of you heard of this? Is it the variant or? Can I fix it?

How can it be the computer when it works perfectly in any other races?
