Objects and cities don't appears in edited stages

I created a Giro d'Italia on my own using GPX files (if you want it i can post it on the site) but i have a big problem.
As i said in the title i put objects, cities, fields and trees in my stages but when i start the game they doesn't appear in it.
The stage works perfect, but i can only spawn lakes and rivers
Can anyone help me with this?

1: Have you set your graphics at a high enough level?
2: Have you used Rebuild Cities in the stage editor to allow cities to show up in-game?

Sorry, solved for trees and fields
I don't know why but it happened just in the first 3 stages, in the others it worked normally.
For cities i just used the command "add city" in the left bar
now i try with rebuild cities
Sorry but it's the first time i try to create some stages Smile

Nothing wrong with using the add city in the left bar, it's just that you need to use Rebuild Cities after using that tool
