Adding non-existing riders

Hi everyone,

In a DB I'm working on I have added some countries (Monaco, Uganda and Peru) and I'm going to add some more. I only have one problem: I want to add some non-existing U-23 riders in career mode. I've put a number on gene_i_weight in the OfficialRelease and I've put in some first-and lastnames in the Local.cdb. Normally (in PCM 2015) it would have to work. In PCM 2017 it doesn't. Does anyone know how to add some U-23 Riders correctly?
