Objectives
Jensen13
Hi guys,
I want to ask you something about setting up objectives. So my question is: What is the best way to set up objectives?
I have found this hard since I don't like to do it and I don't really know how to do it Smile.
If you have any tips or anything, please help me and reply down below.
Thanks!

this is a very wide question, it depends by riders skills and which races you want mainly to focus on. Ex: a rider like Nibali, you can set 1st T-A or LBL, 2nd TdF and Lombardia for last, and you have enough weeks between objectives to be in good shape for that races, and if you want to be competitiv in other races like Vuelta, you have to manage training manually and don't forget to plan some rest weeks with no races too.
in particular which are your doubts?
