World Championships ITT bug

Daily Expansion Pack, 2019 season, national team is Germany. No substantial edits to the save game.

I get to the WC ITT and to the rider selection screen just fine, but when I press 3d race, the game automatically goes to the results screen without any German riders having participated.
By editing the file (Germany wasn't selected for the race in DYN_National_Team, and I added the four riders to the race in DYN_cyclist just in case), I managed to get into the 3d race, but still without any German riders, so the left side of the screen was blank.

The road race is working perfectly fine. I won't accept not riding this ITT because it's very important, and because PCM won't win over me.
Somebody out there hopefully knows what additional edits I have to do to get my riders into the startlist?

Same problem. In my case the problem is with both races.
Did you find a solution? Anyone has find a solution?
