Pcm dashboard crash HELP!!!

Hi

i have a problem with PCM dashboard.
when i click the exe file ive got this error messege:

Stopped working

yes 100% sure.... i have tried to instal the version there is with the game. i have downloaded it on microsoft page. and i have tried to use the link there is in the manual

the error message does look like your missing the framework. But fortunatly its rather easy to check: Go to the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework folder. In there you'll see a folder for each framework installed. You should have a folder there named v3.5 that's around 25mb big. If that is the case you have the 3.5 framework installed. I'd bet you haven't installed the framework correctly cause the "Navn på problemhændelse: CLR20r3" says the error is coming from the framework 2.0 meaning it doesnt run trhough 3.5.
