problems during all stages

Hi everyone, i've a problem: i downloaded only "PCM17 Variants DLC", not the expansion pack,i downloaded the "PCM17 EP Bugfix" too.
The game doesn't crash, but during stages, when i leave the group, when i escape from the group and i have an advantage on the group, my cyclist doesn't respond to my orders, i can't sprint or get up my speed, so the group catches me.This problem is only in plain and descent, and only when i'm on escape, while it works ok on mountains...any help? thank you

Seems to be 1.0.6.1, but I haven't played PCM in months so I'm not entirely sure Pfft

i have only the game and the pcm variants dlc, and the EP bugfix, not the pcm17 expansion pack, where is the patch you said?

You can check which game version you have in the start screen of the game, and if it's not the latest version you can install it through steam

I don't think that this is related to any game patches or something like that, it actually more sounds like an issue with stages conversions resulting in bad AI. However, this shouldn't happen since the stages in the DLC are normally fine, so could you check if the same happens when you play a variant that is already there in the base game (i.e., the 2017 Tour, Giro or Vuelta)?
