Disable 'Favourite Race'

Is there any way to do this?

I like to do all star races using startlists, however I don't like that, for example, Sky have an advantage if I use the TdF because of their favourite races.

Any ideas?

Possibly using excel editor, go in dyn_cyclist and replace all the full columns under gene_i_favouriterace with two empty parentheses, " () ".
