Patch error

Hello, i can't install patch 1.0008 because that says " Incompatible protection type " when i try to run the exe ...
I have the CD version and i already tried to install the DL version patch too but I got the same error ...
I need help  |

You only need to install the newest patch; Patch 1.0.3.1 CD-version.
YOu can find it in the Download section |

I buyed the game on a shop here in Portugal. The game was already used ( i'm not rich, i buy used games sometimes  ) The game works perfectly but the patch simply doesn't install because of that error |

Try to dw every patch and install every patch 1.01 and so on.
