Is there a way to use a start list in online multiplayer?

We would like to play against the best CPU teams.

If selecting teams is enough for you, you need to go in the 'team selection' tab when creating a new tournament. Startlists can't be loaded online but you can always make ad hoc databases to fix that.

What do you mean? "ad hoc databases"?

We play with the WorldDB 2017 1.1!

I want that every CPU team takes his best drivers.

Some people make databases that only have 8 riders in each team for instance, taking every single other rider out of the db (or putting them in the free agency). That's something you could do if you only want the 8 best riders.

I tried this. But then some teams takes only 2-3 riders and ignores the other 5-6 riders in the database.
