Amateur Posts: 8 Joined: 03-05-2008 PCM$: 200.00	(I'm French, excuse me for my bad english) Good morning everyone I've a issue with PCM Dashboard 2 weeks ago,I've downloaded and installed him, it worked well But now, when I start the application, the window doesn't appear and a message say it must shut down. What is the solution? Someone told to me it was a hard drive(?), it might be that Thank you to help me please.

Neo-Pro Posts: 272 Joined: 12-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Make sure it is installed correctly (.net Framework). Also install it from the redistributable file and not the bootstrapper (google net framework 3.5 redistributable and you'll find it). A lot of people seem to have trouble installing the framework (i had to try it a couple times myself). If that still doesn't work (as you've said it worked before i doubt this is the problem) tell me the error message and i might get more info from that.
