Teams getting too strong

Dear community

I've been playing this version of the game for a while, and it seems that over the years, som teams are getting way too strong, (having a lot of riders with avg from 77 and above) This problem seems especially apparent when playing pro cyclist.

Is there any way to combat this devploment, through the editors?

Unfortunately, you can't do much amid a career. Before a career, you could try to lower Sky's and other big teams' sponsor fame in dyn_sponsor.
