Making a nation stronger

hi! i am trying to make some east asian countries stronger and i'm wondering how i can make it so more and better young riders are generated. i've tinkered in the editor but it doesn't seem to have had any effect. thanks!

For what I know from PCM 16 it's not possible to edit how many riders will be created from each country and how strong they will be

Before PCM 15 you had the chance to edit how many riders with a certain potential were generated by certain countries, now you can't edit that anymore. Before PCM 17 you had the chance to edit how many riders were generated by a certain country. Now you can't anymore Pfft

So basically no, since Cyanide likes to take away columns from the db.

Unfortunately Cyanide are taking more and more editing possibilities away and either hard coding it in or putting it elsewhere than the DB.

It's too bad because their previous openess and willingness to let the community edit and advance their games has always helped these games. I really miss the opportunity to add scoutable nations to the game and giving them a higher weight and potential..

Now the only way I see how to do it is switch traditional nations with the country of your choice to do it
