Keyboard issue-Pro Cyclist

The game has suddenly changed keystroke assignments. The numeric keypad 8 and 5 commands to increase and decrease speed suddenly stopped working and now moves the view to different riders. The ctrl-arrows still work for speed. But the 7 and 9 keys no longer change views. They do nothing.
Anybody have this issue? Any suggestions?
Thought it might be the keyboard but a keyboard change yields the same result.

Pretty baffled.

No problem.
Today I was sharing the screen and whenever the other person used ALT+Tab on their computer it would turn off NUMLOOK at my computer.
So I had that same feeling randomly while typing numbers.
