A draw in a classification - what happens?

Hi
How does the game decide who wins if two cyclists end up even on a classification, such as the mountain or points class?
Is it random?
Is it based on who's higher in GC?
Is it based on alphabetic order?
Or does it do it another way?

In the Vuelta, Dumo and Froome both ended up even in the mountain points, but Dumo was given the final mountain classification. Why?

In the mountains classifications, it goes:

1. Whoever has the most wins in the highest KoM category;
2. Whoever has the better placements in the highest KoM category.

If after that it's still the same, it's whoever has the most wins in the second highest KoM category and so on.

In the points classification, it goes:

1. Whoever has the most stage wins;
2. Whoever has the most intermediate sprints wins;
3. Whoever has the best total when it comes to stage placements.
