Weird time bonus on TT

So the last stage on Tirreno - Adriatico (TT) I was in 4th place with Majka, 8 seconds to Aru on 3th place and 13 seconds down to Tom Dumoulin. Majka managed to finish 12 seconds after Dumoulin who won the stage. However he got 1 bonus second and therefor finish 3th instead of Majka. Top 3 was the objective (3 stars).

Does anybody know anything about the bonus second? I checked the profile tab in the 3D race menu and it said nothing.

I don't think it's bonus seconds. TTs in PCM are weird with hundredths and tenths of seconds and all, so they might get rounded up or down incorrectly during the race, and eventually get corrected after the race.
