Playing PCM 17 Pro Cyclist Mode, my first PCM in a few versions. Really enjoying it. Wondering if some of the veterans can help me out.

I'm struggling with tiredness. After looking around, I think I've tweaked my training too much and not accounted for racing fatigue as well. Rolled over to a new season, so I tried a different approach this year. I currently have a tiredness in the 20s, freshness of 100. And yet, when I go into a new race, I hover my cursor over the predicted raceday condition to look at the things in favour or against me, and it's showing an arrow down for tiredness. This confuses me. Does anyone know what the threshold is for tiredness to be a negative impact on my raceday condition? I would think having a tiredness in the 20s and a freshness of 100 should (and 'break' training that week) shouldn't leave me with a negative impact for tiredness, but I'm hoping someone can enlighten me.

Thanks for any help/thoughts.

Meanwhile your tiredness isn't higher than 50, it won't affect your estimated daily form

So even though the raceday condition prediction screen is showing (see attached picture) a red arrow down, it's not impacting my raceday condition? Seems like I've been having a bad run on condition so I assumed that was the reason.

Any other thoughts welcome.
