I might be asking a dumb question. But where is the official Cyanide PCM editor? I've been looking all over Steam!

Some directions would be tremendous!

Help me out guys

It should be in the game tools but personally I'd use an advanced editor (you csn find them in the pcm 16 download section) instead of the horrible buggy mess that is the official one

It is probably in your C drive.
For me, it goes:
Windows (CSmile / Program Files (x86) / Steam / Steamapps / Common / Pro Cycling Manager 2017 / Database editor

If you open steam to your library, at the top you can go to tools instead of games and install it there.
