Rider is hesitating - Contract negotiations

Ok, this really pissed me off.

As a big fan of manager-like games, contract negotiations is a big part of the experience for me. In PCM, however, the whole thing is a joke.

I approach Talansky, he asks for 1 year contract 48k/week, I completely agree, press Next. On the next day, I get 'Andrew Talansky is hesitating' saying he received better offer. I make a new offer but the idiot keeps telling me he wants the same deal as before. I cancel my initial deal (since for some weird reason PCM doesn't allow you to adjust any offer if you go over budget limit) and make him an 71k/week offer.

Next day, he tells me he found better. How come he was still willing to negotiate on a 48 offer but instantly refused a far better one? As a Continental team with limited budget, this makes the game unplayable for me.

I'll stick to Pro Cyclist mode until anything (if ever) is fixed.
