Greetings all, loving this years game, especially the improvements to pro cycling mode, the different onjectives keep it interesting for sure..

I've just started my first team career game, the usual first game for me, start with the worst team, and go from there, but the training camps seem to be totally different, I can't seem to do a mountain camp, or anything other than pre - season, so how do I train my riders to improve them.. Or do I just have to set the specification to what I kinda want them to be, and go from there.. Any advice appreciated..
