Where to find the databse editor

Im feeling like a noob but i cant find the databaseeditor in pcm 2017. I bought the game via steam. Can anybody point out where it is? |

It's in the Steam Tools, along with the stage editor.
However, I recommend using the Fast Editor, which can be found in the PCM16 downloads on this forum. It's simply much better in almost every way
