a) I see only 5 riders can choose 3 objects for the season, is there a way I can choose which 5 from my squad are the leaders?

b) Are the team mates assigned to each leader rider only to set the same training schedule for the season as the leader?

c) On race day, how does the A.I select which riders will take part in my squad. Are we supposed to create Groups, each group is a leader with all the teammates on the same training schedule?

The reason I ask is Pro Tour teams with huge squads can take a while before each race and i'm trying to plan my seasons.
