Which stats effects the green bar?

Hello everybody.

I have been reading a lot on this site but I can't find the answer on which stats that effect the green bar except the REC stat.

I have also heard that the more green bar a rider have left the faster he can go. Is this true?

Yes, it's true. With more green bar a rider rides faster.

First of all the green bar is reduced by the energy spent throughout the race. Hence a rider with higher skills will use less green bar.

For races exceeding 200kms, stamina skill comes into play. Beyond that mark green bar fades quickly for riders with low stamina (eg stamina is a crucial skill to win Milano San Remo).

Recuperation skill comes into play in stage races, determining how much green bar is recovered overnight for the following stage (unfortunately this doesn't affect quick-simulated stages),
