Which team is the best to the career mode ?

It really depends on your preference. It'd be like asking, who is the most fun rider to watch in real life. There's just no definite answer.

Do you like powergaming? Pick Sky or Etixx and make them dominate the world. Do you prefer challenges? Pick Cannondale and make them win stuff that matters. Would you rather play in a lower division with a team that has a strong national identity? Pick one of those PCT teams with just one nationality such as Bardiani or Roompot. Would you like to take a look at the CT division instead? There's several cool teams to choose among. etc. etc.
