IS there a way I can get all the dopers back in the game on PCM Spain? Thanks.

but I don't think thy even show up. For example Basso doesn't show up.

It's your only choice. The riders are not in the DB at all, therefore you have to add them yourself.

Actually, with PCM Spain 2007 v1.0, the single player DB contains the dopers on Free Agency.
