During my exam period, which by now is already quite a while ago, I found a very effective way to procrastinate studying: making startlists for 2017 races. In fact, it became so effective, that before the end of my exam period, I was all the way up to date with pro races. I then decided to keep it updated and release it. You'll find that some startlists are not complete, the spoilers show how complete a startlist is. For this reason, I have included a guide on how to edit a startlist yourself.
Startlists have been based on PCS. Should you find an error, please notify me in this thread. It's not unthinkable that I sometimes mixed up two Frapporti's, Bouhanni's etc., or that I made some other error somewhere. In case of an error, I'll get a fix up as soon as I can.
Since the startlists are made per month, an update will be released after every month. At the end of May, I'll release a pack which includes all startlists for January-May.

Installation guide:
0. Back-up any earlier startlists you wanted to keep
1. Download and install the 2017DB of PCMDaily's Database Team and any further official updates of this DB. Since the startlists are only compatible with databases which have the same DYN_Cyclist and DYN_Team base, this is an absolute necessity.
2. Download the startlist pack or packs
3. Unpack the .RAR archive with WinRAR or a similar program
4. Copy the .xml files to My Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2016\Cloud\Startlists
5. When opening the game, try any one-off race that is WT, HC or .1 in 2017. Beneath the list of stages, click ''Load List of starters''
6. Pick your team and give it a go.
Editing a startlist:
0. Please note that this only works for WT, HC and .1. For .2 races, you will need to use the Fast Editor to make startlists, or create an xml file yourself.
1. Go to One-off race in PCM and select Daily's DB or any DB based on its DYN_Cyclist. This only applies if you want to edit any of the startlists uploaded here. For creating a new startlist, you can use any DB (but keep DYN_Cyclist compatibility in mind!)
2. Click the options (gear) at the top. Select the modding tab
3. Click the list of starters button
4. In the drop-down menu, pick the race you want to edit the startlist for.
5. In case of editing, click load a the top right. Otherwise you make a new one.
6. In the dropdown menu, select the team you want to add riders for. Ticking the box means a filter of riders for that team, but in fact you can add any rider to ride for any team. If for whatever reason you want Van Avermaet to ride for Rietumu in your race, that's possible. This means that you need to have the team selected in the dropdown menu, but without the box ticked.
7. Save the file and open the startlist as usual (step 5&6 of the installation guide).

For the races overview, you will still need to look at the specific packs
Great work Selwink! It is here where I meet people who are as much as overtaken as me by the cycling virus...
I suggest you check this site, in order to obtain 99 % complete and correct startlists. Until last year, I also frequented procyclingstats.com a lot, but since I discovered this one... it is THE referree for all your cycling statistics needs and for the most: Startlists!
@Nightrider: Thanks for the suggestion. However, I get the impression that its added value mainly lies in the .2 races and in pre-race updates. Since I only do startlists for .1 races and higher and only start creating the list during or after racing starts, it's not that necessary to me. Plus, for me, the PCS lay-out works a lot easier so I think I'll stick to that. But thanks again in any case
PCS has a nice layout indeed. They have one big problem though, which is that the search function is completely unusable. I always have to use google to search the site.
Addition of 2 new packs: May and the big pack January-May. Further information in post #1. Please note that the Tour of Estonia will not work until the update of the PCMDaily 2017 Database will come out.
