more than 30 rider in one team?

Hey,

I've tried some DBs (RSM-News, World-DB, etc.) and all of them have the same bug: some teams have more than 30 riders in the second season. Some have even 37 riders.

Is there any DB without that bug?

It's a bug in the base game, and as such will happen in any user-made DB. The only way to fix it is open the save-game with an editor and remove the extra riders yourself.
