Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to change the stats (aerodynamics, lightness, comfort) of a certain frame or wheels?

You can't do that for a certain model, but for all the models that belong to a certain type - e.g. all the wheels that suit cobbles or all the aero helmets. That is done in sta_equipment_template.
