concerning sprints, sprint times and standings

Hi,
Just won my first stage yesterday (Qatar, flat - obviously). My rider finished some 6-7 seconds ahead of the second place. I mean a few goooood dozens meters. But in the standings he appeared as having the same time as everybody else. People down to the 40th position had the same time :x
Now I understand that a cyclist can get the same time as somebody who finished some 20 seconds earlier if they are part of the peloton. But this wasn't the case above. Can anyone explain what happened?
Also, is there no time bonus for winning a stage, or being in the top 5? Like having a few seconds shaved off your total time?

its because on flat stages the gap tap is higher than hilly and mountain
on flat the gap is of 20sec
on hilly 10 sec
and mountains 7 sec

This is just a "bug" of PCM, caused by the time scale of the game. Sometimes, it just can't / won't recognize that there's a split between the riders.
