My problem was that when the development off the bikes in my team was selected, that message when teld you that you can not advance because is an important matter. How i can say to the game that i choose in the development instead to go directly in the Accept message of the News Manager site off the game?. Need to solve this because i am making a youtube series. Thanks.

What do you mean? Just make the needed decision and the game will be able to advance then.
