Keeps simulating

After ending my first season with BMC, the team got a new sponsor, US Postal.
Now when I play my second season, I can't play any race. The game just keeps simulating and the team doesn't participate in any race.

Any solutions?

Also when I load a savegame in the second season I get the Runtime error.

What database are you using?
