Nations signing riders.

Is there any way to stop the national teams from signing riders during the transfer season? Kinda annoying that some riders are "gone" for a few season because the signed for a national team.

Using PCM db btw, not that its the only DB in which this has happened.

*edit* Seems I fixed the problem, although it wont tell before the next transfer period.

Not sure, but I think the solution in 06 was this:

In DYN_team two columns are important to this:

gene_b_national - naturally this shows if the team is a national one. 0 - not national, 1 - national.

gene_b_isactive - as I recall this has to do with the transfer market. A team with 0 is not active, and a team with 1 is active. If any team national / not national has 1 in this, it would be active in transfers, and no longer be able to race in the World Championships - it would no longer be national.

As I said i'm not quite sure this is it, but I think so. Of course to check this i'd have to start a career with either numbers in both columns, play through a year, and see what happens. I don't have the time for this, so can't chech it out for you.
