Paris-Nice Stage 2 won't load

Paris-Nice stage 2 (Amilly-Nevers) does not load. The game crashes part way through loading the stage. At the bottom of screen it says Landscape:Sea_Creation.

I have PCM Daily 08 database and have tried with version 2 but the same problem occurs on both versions. The stage does not load in either career or single stage mode.

I could simulate past it but I'd rather not.

Any ideas?
