Young Rider generación crash

Hi everyone, as you can imagine looking at the title, after the first year played in career Mode the Game crashes in young Rider generation. Just before staeting the New season. My database is "PCMdaily_ExpansionPack_v16_2014NC. I Hope to find an answer to my problema Thank you.
