How to disable the fitness in multiplayer mode

Hi, I have an important question, I'm pretty hooked to the game but I'm tired of the numbers of fitness, it is impossible to win a race if you have -1 or -2, and the other player has is +1 or +2, and neither you I tell you if you have -5 .. why have to put this shit in the game? It is supposed to be a game, not real life, How can we see who is the best player if it doesnt deppends of us, it only deppends of the fuckin random fitness..why???
There is one option to choose in general options : "Activate bonus sensation in multiplayer " but it doesnt work..PLEASE HELP! Sad
