Can i edit my budget for the next seasons signings

I didn't really get to sign the riders i would have liked due the cap set by my sponsors. Anyway i can change this using the DB editors? had a quick go but can't seem to work out how to do it (if it can even be done)

I knew how to do it some years ago but I forgot most of it.
Anyway, you have to be more specific about your problem. What exactly do you see when you try to sign riders. Maybe even post a printscreen.

The salary cap is hard-coded and can't be changed using cheat engine/editor etc.

You can however get around that by lowering the wages of some of the riders that you already have under contract in dyn_contract cyclist, or making a very low offer to the riders you want to sign and change it in dyn contract cyclist offer.
