HOW CHANGE RACE RULES?

Junior Rider Posts: 26 Joined: 19-08-2014 PCM$: 200.00	Dear all, I want to know. In which way can I change race rules? I mind to change the sprints points, mountain points, bonus time in the finish line. I found that in the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2016\Xml\Classifications there are the XMLS with the rules. Is possible manage it with Fast Editor? Thank you and sorry if it is a silly question
