-10 on contract length

This might be a stupid question but I havent seen it around, but I am in the year of 2020 in my save and I havent gotten any new contract offers from sponsors because my current sponsor is running out this year but it says -10 in the length.
Anyone knows how I deal with this, since I really don't want to lose the progress I have made?
