The game chrashes when starting up

I have disabled the intro, and now the game just goes black screen for 1 second and then crashes... great buy,,

This is not the official support, if you want us to help you, then post more information.

I know this does not help much but the game runs fine on many computers, so the problem could be your computer. There is a technical FAQ in the official forum.

And if you cannot get this game to run at all, you could ask for a refund. (But this only works when you bought the game directly from Steam).
