crash during 3D race

Hi, I have a problem - my PCM 2016 (1.2.0.0. + EP Lite database) crashes during 3D race. I played season for my created own team and it was OK, but when I tried to play TdF for FDJ game is crashing from 3rd stage during 3D game. Can anyone help me? many thanks! Lo

Maybe your computer cannot handle the detailed stages of the Tour de France. Go to the graphics options in the game and lower all of them, then try again. If it helped, then you can raise some until it starts crashing again.

I have a similar problem when I start a simple race in 3D , the game runs fine but i started in professional carrer the game is closed. This occurred after EP0.2.1 Then install 0.3.0 then a 0.3.1 . Can anybody help me?

There is a problem with the latest patch if you play with the EP.
