Moving the camera

I've got some kind of a problem, I can't move the camera, like holding Left-click and moving it around. In can change camera, like helicopter, behind the rider etc., but I want to be able to move it around like i want. How to do that?

Press alt, left mouse button and move your mouse. Use the mouse scroll to zoom in and out
