problem in the race

Hello, without doing anything (apparently) now I see the race in this way i.imgur.com/hd3y8tQ.jpg and not normally.

Even pressing F5 nothing changed...

What's the problem?

I don't know the cause, but holding Alt(or Strg, idc right now) and using the mouse can fix that.
